Mind Your Food
Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 24 August 2026
This page says what happens to your money if a consultation does not go ahead. It is written to be read before you book, not after something has gone wrong.
What you are paying for
A first consultation with Khadija Khatri: a scheduled video appointment of the length shown when you book, currently 30 minutes. The fee is shown in full before payment and is charged once. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
Cancelling
| When you cancel | What you get back |
|---|---|
| More than 24 hours before the appointment | Full refund |
| Less than 24 hours before | Reschedule once at no charge, or 50% refund |
| After the consultation has started | No refund |
To cancel, message Khadija in the app or email khadija@mindyourfood.co.in from the address you booked with.
If you do not turn up
If you do not join within 15 minutes of the start time and have not told us beforehand, the consultation is treated as taken and is not refunded. If something genuinely prevented you from attending, write and say so — this is a small practice and it is read by a person.
If Khadija cancels or cannot attend
You are offered a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer. This applies equally if a technical failure on our side prevents the consultation from happening.
If you were charged and no booking appears
Tell us and it will be resolved. Every payment is recorded against the appointment it was for, so a payment with no consultation behind it is something we can find and refund in full.
How a refund reaches you
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider. They are usually initiated within 3 working days of being agreed, and the time to appear on your statement is then your bank's — typically 5 to 7 working days.
What is not refundable
A consultation that took place is not refundable, including if you disagree with the advice given. Nutrition guidance is professional opinion, not a guaranteed outcome. Nothing here affects any right you have under Indian consumer law.
