Mind Your Food
Terms and conditions
Last updated 24 August 2026
These terms cover the Mind Your Food website and app, and the nutrition consultations booked through them. By booking, you agree to them.
Who you are dealing with
Khadija Khatri (also Khadija Junaid), trading as Mind Your Food, at Below Dawood Nursing Home, opposite Sarvi Restaurant, Nagpada, Mumbai 400008, Maharashtra, India. Email khadija@mindyourfood.co.in, phone +91 XXXXX XXXXX. GSTIN 27XXXXXXXXXXXZX
What the service is
Personalised nutrition guidance from a qualified dietitian: a scheduled video consultation, and — where a plan is issued — a daily eating, movement and supplement plan you follow in the app, with messaging between appointments.
What it is not
This is not medical treatment and it is not emergency care. Nutrition guidance does not diagnose, treat or cure disease and does not replace advice from your doctor. Supplements suggested in a plan are dietary supplements, not medication. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take prescribed medicine, tell Khadija and keep your doctor informed. If you are unwell or in an emergency, contact a doctor or emergency services — not this app.
Booking and payment
You must sign in before booking; we never take a payment from somebody we cannot identify. The fee is shown in full before you pay, in Indian Rupees, and is charged once per consultation. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card or UPI details. A time you pick is held briefly while you complete the booking, and is released if you do not.
Cancellation and refunds are covered on the refunds and cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.
What we ask of you
- Give accurate health information. A plan built on wrong information can be actively unhelpful.
- Turn up, or cancel in good time so the slot can go to somebody else.
- Keep your account to yourself. A plan is written for one person.
- Do not resell, republish or redistribute a plan written for you.
Your records
What you log, what you are asked at assessment, and the notes taken during a consultation are health records. How they are handled is set out in the privacy policy. Consultations are not recorded.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be closed. We may decline or end service where these terms are broken, where the guidance is unsafe to give remotely, or where behaviour towards Khadija makes the relationship untenable. Anything already paid for and not delivered is refunded.
Liability
We take reasonable care in giving guidance and in keeping the service running, but we do not guarantee particular health outcomes, nor uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects your rights under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms that apply to a consultation are the ones published when you booked it.
