Not a substitute for medical care

02User accounts & acceptable use
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase services. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account registration & security
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Choose a strong, unique password and do not share your login with anyone.
- Notify us promptly at support email if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- You may not access, or attempt to access, any account or personalized plan that is not your own.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach any security or authentication measures;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site by automated means without our prior written consent;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform;
- Upload malware, or disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful purpose;
- Resell, redistribute, or share personalized plans or materials prepared for you with any third party.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms, where necessary to protect our clients, our service, or other users.
03Financials & cancellations
Pricing & payment
Fees for consultations, plans, and programs are those quoted to you at the time of booking or as published on the site. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in currency, e.g. INR and inclusive / exclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payment by accepted payment methods. Payment is due at booking / before the first session.
Subscriptions & renewals
Where a service is offered on a recurring or subscription basis, the billing cycle and renewal terms will be disclosed before you purchase. Recurring plans renew automatically / do not auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel a recurring plan by describe how to cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Refunds, cancellations & rescheduling
- Refunds: state refund window & conditions, e.g. eligible for a refund within 7 days if no session has taken place.
- Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment: please give at least notice period, e.g. 24 hours notice.
- Late cancellation / no-show: state any fee or forfeiture.
- Late payment: state any late fee or suspension of service.
Because plans are tailored individually, fees for work already performed or sessions already delivered are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
04Legal protections & disclaimers
Intellectual property
The Mind Your Food name and logo, the website and its design, all text, graphics, content, software, and the methodology and materials behind our plans are owned by us (or our licensors) and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials prepared for you for your own personal health journey. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we apply professional care and current nutritional science, individual results vary and we do not warrant or guarantee any specific health outcome, weight change, or result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from service downtime, data loss, or your misuse of, or reliance on, the service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the period, e.g. 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
05Dispute resolution & updates
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in city, state will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service. Where required, we will first attempt to resolve any dispute with you informally and in good faith.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes to our services or to legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date and version above and post the updated Terms on this page. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by a notice on the site or by email to a registered account.
